These terms cover the public website, free calculators and quotation previews. Paid project work has additional service terms.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape personal or non-public information, upload malicious material, impersonate another person or use the website to violate another party’s rights.
LuxLab, LuxLab Pro, pricing previews and other free tools provide simplified educational estimates. They are not a certified design, site survey, electrical design, emergency-lighting approval or substitute for a project-specific calculation and review. Inputs, assumptions and visualisations can differ materially from site conditions.
A website estimate is not a promise to perform every project at that amount. A paid service is governed by the final quotation, selected scope, checkout total, service agreement and refund policy presented for the order. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the order-specific documents control for that order.
The LUXGRID name, website design, original copy, tools and service materials belong to LUXGRID or their respective licensors. You may not republish, sell or present them as your own. Product names, photometric data and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
The website may use or link to payment, email, hosting, software and external websites operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not by itself mean LUXGRID endorses every statement or service on the destination site.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but may change, suspend or correct content and tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Confirm time-sensitive pricing, standards and project requirements in the quotation before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LUXGRID is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of free website content or tools. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Paid-service responsibility is addressed in the service agreement.
