We have not set a fixed pricing structure for the DIALux AI agent service. Our invitation is to evaluate one project free, with any contribution afterward entirely optional, including no payment.
What will inform future pricing?
The final effort summary totals the work and revisions. Project complexity, reporting requirements and the actual revision work will help us develop future pricing. Any future paid arrangement will be discussed separately.

What is the DIALux AI agent?
Our AI agent operates DIALux on our own system. We offer it as a lighting-design service for DIALux member brands and their distributor networks, with project-specific requirements and highly customisable reports.
Do we need to install your model?
No client-side installation is required. The AI and DIALux run on our own system; your team provides the project brief, inputs and feedback.
Are we limited to WhatsApp?
No. We support communication through WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. WhatsApp is a familiar, convenient way to discuss work, much like messaging a freelancer. We are building the end-to-end automated WhatsApp workflow for enquiries, discussions, reports and revisions.
Is the first project really free?

Can the report follow our standards?
Tell us your required report format, project criteria, calculation outputs and reference standards. Reporting is highly customisable; we confirm the specific requirements and scope before proceeding. A requested standard is not an automatic promise of certification or approval.
Do you only serve Malaysia?
We are based in Malaysia and provide services internationally. The partnership is open to DIALux member brands and their regional teams and distributor networks worldwide.
